Our cut trees include delivery and removal. Your delivery date and removal can be selected prior to checkout. If you would like to decline removal, please reach out to us at hello@evergrow.ca.

Our cut trees are measured from the end of the tree trunk to the top of the leader branch. Trees are natural beings so there will be some variation, however we do our utmost to ensure the trees are at least of the height advertised.

Cancellations
Due to limited inventory and delivery availability, we ask that you cancel your order least 7 days before the delivery date. This gives us the opportunity to ensure the tree can find another home for the holidays. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@evergrow.ca - we do not accept cancellation requests over the phone.
Cancellations
Please inspect your tree upon delivery and contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied with the condition of your tree. Damaged pots or drip trays (such as cracks) will be replaced free of charge.
Refunds
Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations requests made less than 7 days before the delivery date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations requested within 72 hours of the delivery date will not be refunded and the order will be charged in full.

Grown with care
Our trees are grown by Art, a local Christmas tree legend, his farm in Chilliwack, BC. The quality of the trees is a testament to his love for the craft, and spreading the holiday cheer!

We have a strict tree selection process and only sell trees we would be proud to have in our own home. Unlike presents from Santa, let us know if you're not happy with your tree and we'll make it right!
