Cancelling your order
Due to limited inventory and delivery availability, we request that you cancel your order least 7 days before the delivery date. This gives us the opportunity to ensure the tree can find another home for the holidays. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com - we do not accept cancellation requests over the phone.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your tree upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong tree or size so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged pots or drip trays (such as cracks) will be replaced free of charge.
Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations requests made less than 7 days before the delivery date will be subject to a cancellation fee of $65. Cancellations requested within 72 hours of the delivery date will not be refunded and the order will be charged in full.
