Cut Tree 7ft Fraser Fir

New this season, our cut trees include delivery only. To add setup and removal services, please add a setup/removal package at checkout.

Our cut trees are measured from the end of the tree trunk to the top of the leader branch. Trees are natural beings so there will be some variation, however we do our utmost to ensure the trees are at least of the height advertised.

Cancellations

Due to limited inventory and delivery availability, we ask that you cancel your order least 7 days before the delivery date. This gives us the opportunity to ensure the tree can find another home for the holidays. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at hello@evergrow.ca - we do not accept cancellation requests over the phone. 

Cancellations

Please inspect your tree upon delivery and contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied with the condition of your tree. Damaged pots or drip trays (such as cracks) will be replaced free of charge.

Refunds

Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations requests made less than 7 days before the delivery date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations requested within 72 hours of the delivery date will not be refunded and the order will be charged in full.
