Eco-Friendly Christmas Ornaments
Our ornaments are made from salvaged Lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta) wood killed by the Mountain Pine Beetle (Dendroctonus ponderosae). The unique characteristic of this wood – a distinct blue stain – is found on many of these ornaments. Each ornament is individually made in Vancouver, BC by Tradeworks Training Society, a social enterprise designed to provide training & entry-level employment to women in the Downtown Eastside.Buying our Ornaments
